Bad News for OTC Hearing Aid Companies
Dr Cliff argues that OTC companies are going to attract a lot of potential customers that have audiological needs that exceed the capabilities of OTC hearing aids, which will mean a lot of returns. He also argues that traditional manufacturers will likely meet this challenge most successfully, as they have the means to service customers across the entire hearing loss spectrum.
