Automatic identification of tinnitus malingering based on overt and covert behavioral responses during psychoacoustic testing

Results from this study demonstrate that it is possible to discriminate individuals who are feigning tinnitus with an accuracy of 81% using approximately 10 minutes worth of reporting data.
