GN has completed a capital raise that brought in USD $396MM in proceeds, refinanced debts and extended its loan facility to 2026, and is planning to divest some assets to help lift the company's debt burden which is largely due to the $1.2B purchase of SteelSeries in 2022. The company's focus will now return to its underlying business, says Jyske Bank.
